About this tool

This is a free, self-serve tool that helps U.S. public agencies and their consultants find transportation funding programs and draft their own applications for traffic signal, ITS and corridor safety projects. It matches projects to programs, runs benefit-cost calculations from your inputs using published and cited parameters, and drafts narratives, letter templates and checklists for you to edit. It is vendor-neutral: it describes technology by category and outcome and never names products or writes specifications. The tool is owned by Doxa Holdings, LLC, an affiliate of Rhythm Engineering, a traffic signal technology company that may respond to procurements that follow. Because of that affiliation, the tool is offered free to every agency on the same terms, no fee is ever tied to an award, Doxa and Rhythm staff do not edit or review individual applications, and nothing you enter is ever shared with Rhythm. Your agency remains the author and owner of everything it creates.
